Fully automatic paper bag machine for inner folding and outer turning of flat ropes

This device is used to produce paper bags with flat rope handles (which can be folded inwards or outwards). The handle workstation processes the roll of base paper into flat ropes and cuts and glues the roll paper pieces into handles. The completed handles are then transported to the designated position at the bag opening through a conveyor system, and then sent to the paper bag forming machine group via a conveying press. The paper bag forming machine group applies edge glue, forms the tube, cuts, creases, applies glue to the bottom, shapes the bag bottom, and transports the finished bags out. The entire process is completed in one synchronized operation, truly achieving fully automated production, which can effectively save labor costs.

Product Introduction

　　This device is used to produce paper bags with flat rope handles (which can be folded inwards or outwards). The flat rope is made from roll paper at the handle station, and the roll paper is cut and glued to form the handle.
