Fully automatic paper bag machine for rolled edge round/flat rope

This machine is used for producing inner folded paper bags. It feeds paper from a roll, and then the handle is automatically made from the finished round rope and roll paper at the handle-making station. The completed handles are then conveyed to the cutting, sending, pasting, pressing, and inner folding devices. The sheets of paper are then punched at the pasting position, glued at the pasting position, and the handles are automatically attached. After that, the paper is cross-cut, and the cut sheets are sent to the inner folding mechanism. The main machine then applies edge glue, creases, forms a tube, glues the bottom, shapes the bag bottom, and conveys the finished bag out. The entire process is completed in one synchronized operation, truly achieving fully automated production and effectively saving labor costs.

Product Introduction
